You've already done something more difficult than raiding as Mutilate.
Gemming
1. Have at least 315 Hit (possibly lower depending on Draenei/Shadow Priest/Boomkin). Gem Hit if needed.
2. Generally, be as-close-to-without-going-over 214 Expertise Rating (26 on the character sheet). Gem Expertise if needed. Some gear/gems might put you over 214 but still be an upgrade compared to other options. A spreadsheet will tell you for sure.
3. Use one Nightmare Tear for the biggest blue socket bonus when you get a meta socket (+21 Agi / 3% Crit damage meta).
4. Dump AP gems in your remaining red and blue sockets (no Stam gems, ever).
5. If you're going for the socket bonus go AP/Haste in the remaining yellows; otherwise AP.
Eventually Haste might overtake AP, but you need a spreadsheet to determine if and when.
Rotation
1. Get HFB up fast, and don't let it drop
2. Get SnD up (any number of CP's)
3. Mutilate to 4/5 CP's
4. Envenom
5. Repeat 3 and 4 until the boss is dead
You may want to make your first Envenom early; you don't want SnD to drop, and an Envenom refreshes SnD to the full duration. Those are the basics, and they're more than enough to make people cry for more rogue nerfs at lower gear levels. Then again, the "rest of the stuff" is pretty basic, too:
1. Don't clip your Envenom buff
2. Refresh HFB as close to its expiration as possible
3. Tricks every cooldown unless needed for initial threat on adds/threat dump (Tank for threat if needed, another DPS if not)
4. Use Cold Blood and Vanish as often as you can at opportune times
5. Use Cloak of Skill to cheat your way out of magic effects and Sprint to get places faster
6. Something obvious I'm forgetting about and will likely be ridiculed for later
7. Flex your e-peen, and flex it often
